４ポイントシュートおじさん☆

朝日が変な角度から登るようになってきました。
暑くなってきたとはいえ、もうお盆なんで秋に向かっていますね。

今日もディープスリーの練習をしてしまいました。
これがまた、何故か結構入るんです(笑)
フォームを崩さずに届くのは今の所この距離が限界ですが、筋トレしたらもっと伸びそうな気がします。

こうなったら３年後、４５歳になった時点でコートの外から入れられる様になりたいです。

そしてまたクールダウンに八方台へ。

プロテインを切らしたまま注文してもお盆休みで来ないので・・・
ブレンディをミルクに溶かして持ってきました。
でも、これがまた最高に美味しくて癖になっちゃいました(笑)

I believe everything posted was actually very reasonable.
However, think on this, what if you added a little information? I mean, I don't want to tell
you how to run your website, but what if you added a title
that grabbed folk's attention? I mean ヘアコバblog 〜長岡駅近くの隠れ家的床屋〜  -  ４ポイントシュートおじさん☆ is a little plain.
You ought to look at Yahoo's front page and note how they create news titles to grab viewers
to click. You might try adding a video or a related picture or two
to grab people interested about what you've written. In my opinion, it could make your blog a little bit
more interesting.
